I again had the opportunity to shoot with the ever-amazing Amanda Stephan a few weeks back at the beautiful Gold Canyon Golf Resort. The bride and groom, Mike and Liz, were completely sweet! The couple chose to not have a bridal party and keep it simple: just the two of them. That's what it's all about anyway, right? I loved the simplicity of the whole day. It was a nice reminder to keep things humble.

This armoire reminded me of the one in Beauty and the Beast- I loved it!

Mike got some jumping cactus stuck in his leg while golfing before the wedding! He thought it was so funny, he had to take a picture of it. Funny, but ouch!

Last month I had the chance to second shoot with Amanda Stephan in Gold Canyon for a wedding, so of course I jumped on the opportunity. It was a fun time due to all of the bridesmaids, groomsmen, flower girls, family, friends- it was quite the Mexican fiesta! Jesus and Maria are such cool couple too. Maria is so sweet and funny and Jesus is just so chill and go-with-the-flow. I wish them nothing but happiness.

I love the "ball and chain" that Maria's brother made for Jesus! Classic!

Yes, my brother is graduating! Wow! It's so crazy to think that he is 18 and about to graduate from high school. How time flies! I had fun shooting with my baby bro a couple weeks ago at my favorite spot. He is one handsome man if I may say so myself. Check out those baby blues!

I had the opportunity to do a quick session with baby Ashtyn again before I moved up to California. I love this girl! She has grown so much since I last shot her as a newborn. She is beginning to discover more about her toes and tongue! At 6 months old, this girl is already developing into a bombshell just like her mommy!

I have known Katie and David for years; they have been good friends with my younger brother since they were kids. Katie was even one of my first-year girls at girl's camp when I was a youth leader! To say the least, I have kinda seen the two of them grow up and I've always loved them dearly! The story behind their engagement is super sweet too. Katie and David have been friends for many years and their friendship eventually turned into love. Talk about marrying your best friend! I am so excited for the two of them and to see what the future has in store for them!

Sara and Matt have to be the most beautiful couple ever. Ever. They balance each other perfectly, too. Sara is sweet and kind-hearted while Matt is loud and extremely out-going. We had a lot of fun during this photo session- thanks guys! I love you both!
