Malika and I did this session in honor of her birthday this year. We went to one of my favorite spots and she seemed so at home there! She is a little bohemian and has such a cool personality. Not to mention, she is gorgeous! Happy Birthday, Malika!

I was so excited when Amanda asked me to do birthday pictures for Gabby and Alex. I did a family session for them back in December for Christmas and I fell in love with these kids. Seriously, they are adorable! But with parents like Amanda and Bryan, how could they be anything but?? I had a lot of fun shooting them on Sunday at their home and at Power Ranch Clubhouse. Here are some of my faves from the day.

This past weekend I went up to Snowflake to photograph my cousin Cody's wedding; it was an honor and privilege! The reception was held at a beautiful historic LDS church building which had beautiful stonework and amazing old trees. Cody and MaKara are a sweet little couple and I am excited to see what the future holds for them.

Isn't her bouquet so cute? Gerbera daisies are my favorite flowers!

Gotta love the sun in good ol' AZ, right? It was beautiful at this time.
